An appraisal with traceable evidence.

From the real asset to office review: nine evidence groups, annotations, network details and documents help reconstruct the reasoning. AI proposes analyses; the professional completes the checks.

AI starts when needed. Usage stays visible.

Default Essential mode leaves asset reviews, research and periodic reviews to your commands. Plate extraction remains automatic; enabled annotated-photo analyses wait at least 30 seconds after the latest asset change without a completion-time promise. You can choose Automatic in settings.

AI Usage records API calls, tokens, cache, searches and tier. USD/EUR estimates excluding VAT, dated ECB or manual rates, custom prices and CSV must be checked against the provider’s statement, neither invoices nor an automatic spending cap. Optional Ultrafast can cost more and fall back to standard. Copies of a deleted appraisal also need separate management.

Captures and copies, under your control.

Copying captures to Photos is initially enabled and can be disabled. Permissions determine saving and album behaviour; copies may contain dates and appraisal coordinates. iCloud Photos may sync them even with local AI. Deleting an appraisal does not remove Photos/iCloud copies. Check actual copies, confidentiality and retention: there is no automatic anonymisation.

The current documentary method addresses Annex A of Italian law 232/2016. The 5+2 method concerns group 1; groups 2/3, software, Transizione 5.0 and the 2026 scheme require their own checks. A favourable draft finding does not establish a tax benefit.

No automatic anonymisation. Technical activation does not replace client authorisation, a lawful basis or necessary agreements. Text-only models do not see photographs.

Rilievo 4.0 has a subscription separate from Rilievo CE, with the same functions under both plans. A 14-day introductory trial is for eligible accounts when displayed by Apple, once per group even when changing plans.

Italian App Store offer: Apple displays actual price, currency and terms before purchase. ChatGPT/Codex, API credits, research, GitHub services and connectivity are separate. Professional review, signature and sworn appraisal are not included. New capture, editing and starting AI require an active entitlement; saved records remain readable and exportable.
