Version 1, 11 October 2026. The aim is to make Rilievo 4.0 information usable during plant evidence collection and office review. This page describes implemented measures and a reporting channel; it does not certify WCAG compliance or a complete app assessment with every assistive tool.
1 Website pages
Pages provide hierarchical headings, semantic structure, a skip-to-content link, alternative text for informative images, links with identifiable purposes and Italian/English switching to the equivalent page. Links and frequently asked questions support keyboard navigation with visible focus. Reading privacy and terms does not require dragging, animation or timed interaction.
Layouts adapt to the screen; wide tables may scroll horizontally. Browser tools can enlarge text. Reduced-motion preferences disable animated scrolling. Warnings and statuses use text as well as colour.
2 Guides and app
The guide is available in HTML, PDF and Word. Prefer HTML or Word with assistive tools or when adjusting fonts and spacing; the typeset PDF is not declared certified PDF/UA. Photographs remain visual evidence requiring interpretation, not substitutes for technical descriptions and professional checks.
System functions and permissions depend on the device and iOS version. Use the keyboard when on-device dictation is unavailable for the language. Report a screen or procedure that is inaccessible with your assistive tool before using it in an operational engagement.
3 Assistance or an alternative format
Write to info@raveng.it with subject “Rilievo 4.0 accessibility”. Include the URL or screen, device, system/browser, assistive tool, issue and requested format. Do not include credentials or customer material. Reports may be in Italian or English. They inform corrections and available support arrangements.
Usage ledger and exports
API usage details can be read in settings and exported as CSV for tabular reading with your chosen tools. CSV is not a validated professional report and may include client names and appraisal codes. To report barriers in AI mode selection, price editing or deletion confirmation, identify the command and assistive tool without attaching confidential information.
