Email info@raveng.it with subject “SafeReach support”. Include app and iOS versions, iPhone model, the method used and steps to reproduce the problem. Avoid unnecessary personal data, images of people and confidential information.
Photography and LiDAR
Place the photographic scale reference in the measurement plane. Check perspective, edges and units. LiDAR requires a compatible device and suitable conditions. Verify doubtful results using an appropriate instrument. Collect at least three readings and declare uncertainty components.
Standards and outcomes
Consult the applicable official standard and declare the required value. The app does not include an ISO 13857 numerical database. Positive and negative outcomes are numerical comparisons, not safety certifications.
Reports and previews
Open the preview for your chosen format before sharing. PDFs record data, warnings and declarations; evidence packages also preserve supporting files. Check recipients and retain originals. Time-stamps establish a fingerprint record; they do not validate measurements.
Subscriptions and restoration
From Information, manage your subscription, restore purchases or request a refund from Apple. Use the Apple Account used for purchase. Archive consultation remains available after expiry; new measurements, calculations and exports require active access rights.
Deleting data
Surveys are stored on the device. Local deletion does not remove exported files, saved photographs or backups. For privacy requests, use subject “SafeReach privacy”.
