Online tools and informative content
The self-assessment NIS2, the ROI calculator, the countdown of Regulation (EU) 2023/1230, the virtual assistant with predefined answers, and the articles in the Insights section are provided free of charge and for informational and guidance purposes . The results are estimates based on the data entered and simplified assumptions. They do not constitute a consultation, legal or technical advice, a risk assessment in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/2008, nor an attestation of compliance.
Before making decisions, consult a professional. Regulatory information is up to date as indicated on the page and may change.
3
Downloadable resources (templates and checklists)
Free resources, such as the risk-assessment document (DVR) template and checklists, are provided under a non-exclusive, free, non-transferable licence for internal use within your organisation or in your professional work for clients. You may not resell them, redistribute them as supplied or remove attribution.
The DVR template must be adapted to the specific circumstances. Risk assessment and the resulting document remain the employer's non-delegable duties (Articles 17 and 28 of Legislative Decree 81/2008). The employer prepares them with the prevention and protection service manager (RSPP) and the occupational physician, where appointed.
