Rilievo terms

1 Provider and scope

Rilievo is provided by CE4U S.r.l., a single-member company operating the RAVENG brand, Via G. Rossini 29/2, 37012 Bussolengo (VR), Italy; tax/VAT number 04731920239; REA VR-444364. Support: info@raveng.it. Certified email: posta@pec.ce4u.it.

The app helps professionals and organisations inventory machines, collect photographs and documents, annotate evidence and prepare preliminary assessments and reports with their selected AI engine. Actual access depends on version, device, subscription and configured services. Public availability is confirmed by the official App Store link and Apple's displayed status.

2 Licence and Apple purchases

An app distributed by Apple is subject to the Apple standard EULA unless its App Store page specifies a custom licence. This information supplements the commercial and usage description without reducing mandatory rights or changing Apple's payment terms. Applicable conditions are available before purchase confirmation.

Use is permitted on authorised devices under Apple's rules. Unauthorised distribution, purchase verification circumvention and use of material without rights are prohibited, subject to activities permitted by mandatory law.

3 Subscription

There is no free trial. Both periods provide the same app functions during an active entitlement. New collection, editing and starting AI jobs require a verified subscription. Reading and exporting saved records remain available without renewal.

Apple's confirmation determines amount, currency, taxes, period, renewal date and conditions. Other storefronts may apply different prices or currencies. Listed prices describe the planned offer and do not establish product availability in every country. Apple handles payment under the account's conditions.

Switching between monthly and annual follows Apple's displayed rules and timing. Check your current plan before changing to avoid overlapping purchases. “Restore purchases” recovers available entitlements through the same Apple account; it does not restore the local survey archive.

4 Renewal, cancellation, refunds and withdrawal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled under Apple's conditions. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Rilievo. Check confirmation and expiry date. Deleting the app or GitHub token does not stop Apple's renewal.

Cancellation and refund are separate actions. Request Apple purchase refunds through Apple's channels under applicable rules and statutory rights. Automatic acceptance is not guaranteed and mandatory remedies are not excluded. For consumers, withdrawal and digital content/service supply exceptions follow applicable law and any declarations required in the purchase process; installation alone should not be assumed to waive withdrawal rights.

5 Separate services and costs

Rilievo's subscription pays for the software. It does not include a ChatGPT plan, OpenAI credits, unlimited cloud capacity, paid GitHub services, connectivity, backup storage, full technical standards, laboratory tests or machinery consultancy. Local AI requires a compatible device and model. Cloud requires accounts, authorisations and a correctly configured environment. Providers may impose limits, waiting times, terms, costs or changes independently of Rilievo.

The app promises no fixed analysis turnaround. A PR, bot response acknowledgement or sync indicator is not an imported and verified result. If cloud is unavailable, retain the data and complete the guide's checks.

6 Technical limitations and human review

Rilievo does not automatically certify machinery, issue a declaration of conformity or replace a site inspection, tests, measurements, applicable standards or competent professional judgement. Arrows, colours, OCR, classifications, regulatory references, risk assessments and AI text require review. Evidence may be incomplete, a model may be wrong and an online source may concern another model or revision.

Reports and ZIP packages are preliminary software output. They do not include review, sworn appraisal, approval or signature by Carlo Tenca, RAVENG or CE4U. A technician's name entered by a user does not imply that person's participation. Absence of alerts is not proof that machinery is safe.

Capture must follow the site's safe working procedure. Do not remove guards or put body parts into hazardous areas to improve a photograph. The software does not control or stop machinery.

7 Data, cloud and confidentiality

Users retain rights in material they own and must have authority to capture, analyse and share others' material. Before cloud use, check customer permissions, lawful bases, notices, agreements and transfers. GitHub/OpenAI submissions are not automatically anonymised. Technical activation in the app does not remove users' obligations or CE4U's obligations for processing under its control.

Use dedicated private repositories and restricted credentials. Retain and delete data under the assignment policy. Local deletion does not erase histories, chats, cloud copies or exports. See the app privacy notice.

8 Archive, backups and support

Export and verify copies before changing phones, reinstalling, deleting or significant updates. Survey restoration is not guaranteed by restoring a purchase or maintaining a cloud repository alone. A ZIP retains available files and requires content checks; it does not promise automatic reimport into the app.

Email info@raveng.it for software support with version, device, steps and the message, excluding tokens or confidential material. Software assistance and professional machinery consultancy are different activities; technical assignments require a specific agreement. No response time or service level is promised without express agreement.

9 Service conformity and liability

CE4U is responsible for its obligations under applicable law. Mandatory digital content/service guarantees and remedies apply where relevant, as does liability that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing excludes liability for intent or gross negligence or requires consumers to waive mandatory rights.

Users review output before use, retain evidence and backups, and do not present unapproved drafts as professional findings. Model limitations do not erase the parties' own responsibilities.

10 Updates and governing law

Updates may change functions, requirements and compatibility. Future terms will show a version and date; pricing or renewal changes follow Apple's process and information. Changes do not reduce acquired rights or mandatory protection.

Italian law applies, subject to mandatory consumer law in the consumer's habitual residence. Consumers retain the jurisdiction provided by law; no different exclusive court is imposed. Contact the provider above for information or complaints.
