Subscriptions, clearly explained.

Base monthly and Base annual unlock the same features. This version has no Unlimited or Studio plan, and no additional purchase is required to print or export an individual report.

Apple handles purchases and charges your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The annual plan covers one year; it is not an annual commitment billed monthly. Apple shows the price, duration and terms before confirmation.

Open About → Subscription → Manage subscription, or your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; check the expiry date shown by Apple. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Learn and access to previously archived documents remain free, including their export. New assessments, calculations and newly generated reports require an active plan. Payment does not include professional review or approval of the results.

A trial is available only when Apple offers it to your account. Its duration, eligibility and subsequent price are shown in the purchase sheet. A trial is not promised to all users or on all plans.

Use Apple’s support channels and the in-app option, where available. Apple evaluates the request under the applicable terms. ErgoTime support cannot guarantee approval or independently issue an Apple refund. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
